Darragh Carey
Writer-Director
Hello and welcome. I'm a freelance ad creative and writer-director based in Dublin and London. Happy to travel and also available for cyberlancing, because apparently that's a word now.
Advertising
I've ten years ad experience, having devised multi-award-winning integrated campaigns in just about every category. The work has picked up plaudits in various festivals including Cannes, I'm also available to direct television commercials.
Film
"A Brixton Tale" is a my first feature film. It's currently in post-production and due for release later this year.
I'm a graduate of The London Film School and having written and directed a number of shorts, I'm developing two feature-length screenplays "My Auntie The Cloud" and "Earwig".
Awards and Credits
I hope you like the work. There's a list of awards below if you're into that kind of thing. Should something take your fancy, please don't hesitate to contact me for credits. No creative team can take full credit for a campaign, and I've been very lucky to have worked with so many talented creatives, producers, directors, illustrators, sound studios, photographers and crew. So I'd be delighted to put you in touch with them.
Give me a shout using the contact page, or if you'd rather get a reference first, feel free to contact one of the creative directors below. I very much look forward to hearing from you.

Here are some of the awards and honours the work has picked up over the years. The list stops when I went out on my own because I don't believe in freelancers claiming awards credits.
